This listing is for Amazing Spider-Man #361, published by Marvel in 1992. This is of course a key book that includes the 1st full appearance of Carnage, and is very desirable to have signed by Stan Lee.

It was autographed by Stan Lee in the presence of CGC, such that there is zero doubt about authenticity. The signature is crisp and clear. The case is in good condition. I know there is nothing more frustrating than receiving a poorly packaged book that arrives damaged. I make every effort to note noticeable damage to the slabs, but minor imperfections like small scuffs are extremely common straight from CGC/CBCS/PGX. Newton Rings are also extremely common in newly slabbed CGC books (CGC tried to better protect the books by sandwiching them tighter in the cases, but as a result, a very large portion of newly slabbed books have some degree of rings). For those unfamiliar with Newton Rings: This is an occasional effect produced by the inner and outer cases being in direct contact with one another. The visual effect is similar to oil on a water puddle because of the two plastics. Ultimately it is not anything that is in direct contact with your comic, nor will it affect the comic's condition over time.
