The first Silver Age appearance of Namor, the Sub-Mariner! Signed by Stan Lee in Kansas City at his only Planet Comicon appearance. The COA is with the book, as is the sticker that goes with the COA card. The book is a solid VG in condition. I won't speculate on what it would come back as from CGC or CBCS. They are too unreliable with their grading, in my opinion. It appears that there may have been some gluing of the cover in the top left corner. Check out the pictures, and decide for yourself!
