According to the CGC census, there are only 173 artist signed (CGC SS) copies graded 9.2+, with only a portion of those being signed by Stan Lee. This book is rated 9.2 (Near Mint-) by CGC and also has newsstand-fresh "White Pages". It was autographed by Stan Lee in 2018 in the presence of CGC, such that there is zero doubt about its authenticity. The signature is well-placed and crisp (without smudges, which are pretty common in Stan Lee signed books). The case is in good condition.
