Page is detached from the top staple however only the top 3 of that page are unattached. Below is a cute & informational. About this quite rare, limited to 1000, release with the signatures of both Lee & Romita. I found it when I was searching for info on this edition. The comic in the story is his it is not literally this comic. I have a Marvel Treasury Edition #1 "The Spectacular Spider-Man" from 1974.

It's an oversize reprint comic book. Stan Lee's and John Romita's signature was on it.
