Amazing Spider-Man #10? PGX 9.6 SIGNED by STAN LEE? Big Man Marvel Comic 1964

This listing is for Amazing Spider-Man #10, published by Marvel in 1964. This issue includes the 1st appearance of Big Man & the Enforcers, and is tough to find in high grades (especially signed by Stan Lee). According to the CGC census, there are only 3 artist signed copies 9.2 and none higher; there are likely even fewer high grade signed copies encapsulated by PGX.

This comic was rated 9.6 (Near Mint+) by PGX with "White Pages". It was signed by Stan Lee (verified by PGX) in crisp blank ink on the front cover. It is priced at a substantial discount to what you would reasonably expect to pay for a Stan Lee signed CGC 9.6 if you don't mind PGX.
