Up for sale is a CGC SIGNATURE SERIES GRADED 2.0 Silver Age Issue of Amazing Spider-Man #46 by Marvel Comics Group, March 1967. Signed by Stan Lee on 1/14/18.

Stan Lee Story, John Romita Cover and Art. Origin and 1st appearance of the Shocker (Herman Schultz). Peter Parker moves into an apartment with Harry Osborn. Holder is in very good condition with no chips or cracks.
