This book is rated 9.8 (Near Mint/Mint) by CGC , and also has newsstand-fresh "White Pages". It was autographed by both Stan Lee and (Deadpool co-creator) Rob Liefeld in the presence of CGC, such that there is zero doubt about authenticity.
