Fantastic Four 1 CGC 0.5 (1961) Complete Signed Stan Lee CGC 2091692001

Off White to White Pages! Thank you for your interest in my FF1 from 1961, the book by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby that started the Marvel Age of Comics! I have owned this book since the mid-1980's, and it sat in Mylar until I sent it to CGC in Dec 2019 for grading, to which I received it back Jan 3, 2020.

The CGC holder is perfect condition. SIGNED BY STAN LEE WITH PHOTOGRAPHIC PROOF: Late Sept 1991, I was located in London and met Stan Lee during his promotion tour for Les Daniels' hardback book, "Marvel: Five Fabulous Decades of the World's Greatest Comics". You can see the press material for that book on the wall in the background of the two Stan photos attached which clearly show Stan happily signing this FF1. These photos will accompany the comic upon sale. Stan signed - a perfect signature back then - many of my books on the splash page that day, including this copy of FF1.

The FF1 offered herein is totally complete and unusual in that it is the rare UK copy printed exactly the same/same day/same printer in New York City on the same machines etc. As the US stamped copy etc.

Except with a 9p ("9d") cover price stamp vs. 10cent stamped on the cover. Typically CGC 0.5 grades have large pieces of the cover or pages missing, this copy does not and presents very nicely for a complete CGC 0.5. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have with regard to this book. The implications of this is all copies of FF1 will be catapulted higher in price in a manner seen with all Silver Age Marvel key books so far. Note two most recent sales. 233440305864, so you can compare that copy with mine which is 30% cheaper.
