Iron Fist 1 Cgc 9.4 signed by Stan Lee and Chris Claremont Not Cgc 9.8

Iron Fist 1 Cgc 9.4 signed perfectly by Stan Lee and Chris Claremont (X-men legend and writer). This book has beautiful white pages and comes from a smoke free home! The case is in new condition, no cracks or scuffs.

The only problem with the case is it crackles slightly when pressed on, this is because when I bought the book a year ago it was left in a cold car for several hours, when I got home I let it get to room temperature and it has been slightly crackly ever since. The case can be easily fixed by getting a reholder form and sending back to cgc for a new case, this takes several weeks. Again the case is slightly crackly when pressed on but still presents beautifully!
