Marvels Project #1? TODD MCFARLANE SKETCH? + STAN LEE SIGNED CGC SS 9.8 Art

This listing is for The Marvels Project #1 (Partial Blank Sketch Cover), published by Marvel in 2009. The comic itself was rated 9.8 (Near Mint / Mint) by CGC with "White Pages". On the plain white front cover, Todd McFarlane did an awesome original sketch in purple ink and signed the book; it was also signed by Stan Lee.

All of this was done in the presence of CGC so that there is no doubt about authenticity. This is a special piece for the serious collector - as you probably know, Todd McFarlane almost never does witnessed sketches; and this one was also signed by Stan Lee and retained the 9.8 grade! The CGC case has the special Stan Lee CGC label, which cost extra back in the day and is no longer offered.
