The condition of this book is nm or better. This book was originally signed in 1991 by Stan Lee as a part of a signing for Cosmic Dreams Unlimited. This is an older Stan Lee signature from 1991 when Stan was living in Hollywood where he signed this book as a part of a personal signing we had arranged with Stan at his studio.

We have included a certified and verified copy of the same issue that we had graded (VSP) so you can compare signatures. The graded copy is for illustration purposes only.
