This book is certified and graded as being 9.2 NM- condition as well as having the Verified Signature from CBCS'S VSP (BGS) program. You get the book not Stan Lee's picture which is shown for illustration only. This item with the VSP authenticated signature has been encapsulated with the CBCS's distinctive Yellow label, the signature and the "authentication" cannot be separated. Unlike certificates that are at risk of being transferred to another item, the VSP offers the security that the authenticated signature that is on the label is forever tied to the signature on the item.

All Signatures are authenticated by Beckett Authentication Services (BAS). In partnership with CBCS Comics, all autographed comics submitted for comic authentication and/or grading are evaluated by Beckett Authentication Services to determine and verify the authenticity of the autograph. The book given the Yellow label with verification on the label of the signer by Beckett. This book was originally signed in 1991 by Stan Lee as a part of a signing for Cosmic Dreams Unlimited and Fantasy Distribution. This is an older Stan Lee signature.

This item for sale is one of the items he personally signed for Cosmic Dreams Unlimited a Comic book distributor and dealer. Up to that time this personal signing was the largest signing Stan had ever done. (In total he personally hand signed over 9000 books for us).
